The coffee maker is in an awkward location and is highly inefficient, making it a hassle!!! Also, it would greatly improve the experience if details about nearby subway station exits were included in the hotel info!!!

The room was super clean and quiet, a perfect retreat. The hotel also offers bike rentals to explore nearby attractions.

The hotel staff were incredibly helpful, especially with tips on local dining options which enhanced our experience of Chengdu's vibrant food scene.

The soundproofing was lacking, and I could hear conversations from adjacent rooms, which might be an issue for light sleepers.

Our stay was really enjoyable thanks to the spacious rooms and the amazing staff. The location is super convenient, just a short walk from People's Park and Kuanzhai Alley, allowing us to explore Chengdu easily. The breakfast options were diverse and included a good mix of Western and Chinese dishes. One area for improvement would be the coffee maker in the room. it could be more efficient as it required constant refilling.

Clean room, friendly staff, the breakfast offered a delightful variety of options including both Western and Chinese dishes, and it was conveniently located just 16 km from the nearest airport, making it easy to catch a flight.
